Are you guys ready for a springtime? For sure I am.

We have gotten enough rain in the last couple of months to last until December of this year.
And I just posted this month’s Homeward Bound Real Estate News and I address the upcoming spring season at home with a copy of the big giant check that the company wrote thanks to so many of our wonderful clients. Please read all about it in our blog, give us feedback, comments, everything is welcome. Like last year, we are on a mission to help Duluth Co-op in Gwinnett and Must Ministries in Marietta. We do this by donating a portion of our income from homes we sell to them. As you know this two are great known for profit donating work in our local community by helping families in need with utilities payments, keeping needing families out of the inclement weather and provide food and shelter altogether.

Last year Must Ministries alone serve over 251,000 sack lunches to kids around the Metro Atlanta area during the summer lunch program. This program basically helps needy families who were on the free and reduced lunch program, but have nothing to eat during the summer months when the schools are out of it on summer break.

Must and Duluth Co-op Ministries depend on sponsorships and donations in order to provide and keep helping families in need. So when you hear me say,
“your referral help the kids”, they really do!
