"By the time we met Ricardo and The Nadal Team we had an unpleasant experience before with another agent. We put our House under contract before with another realtor and we actually moved out of the house to a rental while we found a house to buy, but for some reason the deal fell through because the buyer didn’t get loan approval. We ended up breaking the lease and it was kind of frustrating. Finally, we met Ricardo, he was very tenacious and really looked out for our interests.
